Shipping policy

All orders, except for pre-orders, will be shipped within 1-3 days from time of purchase from our Warehouse, and could take another 3-4 days to receive your order from shipping carriers. NOTE: We are not the carrier and therefore certain circumstances might delay deliveries. It's always best to give up to 7-10 business days, but know that holidays and weather could permit and can resort to 15 days. If you haven't received your order in 15 days please make a report with Carrier and get # of report and contact your Bank with info as to get refunded. We do not do returns on lost packages or misplaced packages. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Like always we try to make things easy and to help you resolve a matter as quick as possible. Please know that yours and our relationship is important to us.
